Damon (00:41.964)
Welcome back to the Ultimate Playlist Podcast full of choice tracks. I'm Damon.
DW (00:47.73)
I'm Dietrich.
Taj Williams (00:49.963)
Hail and well met for I am Taj!
Damon (00:54.69)
Well, that was good. don't know what, I'm not sure what that was supposed to be, but I have a little bit of an idea. Yeah, we just wanted to toy around with the idea of something different this episode. So I was looking at different types of music and I think I just like rolled the dice on this one. Came up with some like odd but kind of cool genre.
Taj Williams (00:57.457)
You
Taj Williams (01:14.998)
you
Damon (01:22.338)
So this episode, we're to be talking about Celtic metal. Celtic metal. Is that a thing? my God. Okay.
Taj Williams (01:27.757)
Yeah, I was. Yeah, I was worried when you first said that I was like, is that thing? Like, what is that? Because like that seemed like super niche. And then it was like, it's not as super niche as I thought it was.
Damon (01:42.498)
Well, it's also not that old either, which I thought was kind of interesting because you would think, OK, yeah, Celtic metal have probably been around for like a thousand years. They were playing metal music, you know, a thousand years ago. Maybe they were. I don't know. It's all it's all been buried somewhere. One of these days we're going to find the lost treasure of Celtic metal.
But yeah, so like this kind of originated in the 90s. So folk metal turned into Celtic metal, which is interesting. And I think it like derives from stuff that wasn't really like about metal music, but turned into that. And then you have like, like a lot of the bands that you see that are like Celtic metal bands.
They might be wearing like kilts, which makes sense, but then they're also just kind of going Vikings I don't know. So I think it has a little bit of that history, but they try to bring that into it There's like main bands that were kind of like the the start of you know in the early 90s a start of Celtic metal and one of them will be going over tonight one of the picks but
They're all, all of our picks, I think, were pretty interesting, pretty good. Fit this, fit this genre pretty well. But yeah, I like to, I like to kind of like just check out different things once in a while. Like I said, I rolled the dice on this one. And so I, I, found a band called Skilltron, which I thought reminded me a lot of different bands that I've heard that we might have even talked about on the podcast.
like their sound, their look is like kind of is it like Metallica with kilts? I don't know. Kind of like they look like a 90s band. They're not as old. They started in 2004, which is, you know, that's different. But yeah, so like I was just looking around at different bands. There's like female artists, you know, that seem Celtic metal, which is kind of cool. It's like
Damon (03:58.014)
I don't know if like 90s music, Celtic music or Irish music, like, you know, like Sinead O'Connor or something like that. If you were to start a metal band, maybe that would have been like something. yeah, what's that Tosh?
Taj Williams (04:14.283)
Right. Well, we'll really like the best way to think about this is like you had Evanescence, which was metal with hip hop, right, with a little bit of like classical music. And then you went to Celtic metal, which was like, you know, folk Irish music with metal. Like that's that was like the next evolution. You're like, you know, I want some metal, less hip hop, a little bit more Irish music. And that's Celtic metal. So.
Damon (04:24.724)
huh. yeah.
Damon (04:43.328)
Yeah, like the cranberries, with, know, a little bit of metal, a little bit of angst. mean, you know, like.
Taj Williams (04:49.513)
Yeah, exactly. Cranberries would add more metal electric shredding guitar.
Damon (04:58.882)
Well, I think that even the Cranberries like like Zombie has been done by metal bands too. Like they're not Celtic metal bands, but they've redone it. And so they're almost like kind of like bringing that into the Cranberries musical, you know, and people really like that too. Like I think I really dig like Bad Wolves, I think is a band that did Zombie and probably a few others. Like everybody loves that one. Right. But yeah, like you'll find.
Taj Williams (05:12.781)
All right.
Damon (05:27.266)
You'll find little bits of Celtic metal thrown into stuff. But when you're really looking up Celtic metal, it's like a fucking Lord of the Rings experience or some shit. Like you're seeing bands that look like fucking Vikings, They really do. That's kind of true to where they came from, I think. So without further ado, my pick, Skilltron.
Taj Williams (05:37.549)
you
Damon (05:55.414)
They had a few good songs. I think they have a lot of interesting songs. But my pick was Bagpipes of War. And I think they pull it off. Yeah, they pull it off pretty well.
Taj Williams (06:25.982)
So what's interesting about this is like it's normally most of the others you need the violin or the fiddle for Celtic metal. This is bagpipes, which is like totally crazy. But I'll let you take over. Sorry. Wanted to jump in there.
Damon (06:42.184)
yeah, no problem. Yeah. No, I'm glad you're excited about it, but yeah, I think they, kind of like, they started out like, like when you first hear him like talking about it, even when they do it like live too, cause I heard the live version and the album version, but it's like, is this like spinal tap or something? Like you almost get that feel like it's sort of like a jokey band or a jokey song, but I think they're really serious about what they're singing about. And,
Taj Williams (06:57.562)
yeah.
Damon (07:11.67)
Yeah, so it's like a five member band. I can't pronounce everybody's name. Amelia Soto, Ignacio Lopez, Preg R. Bagel, Nisling. Interesting names here. Paolo Rebaladini. Maybe I said that right. But yeah, I just wanted to give them props.
Yeah, what did you think of it, Dietrich?
DW (07:44.511)
You know, I'm such an expert on Celtic battle so
Taj Williams (07:48.382)
Yeah
Damon (07:49.634)
I you are, I know you are.
DW (07:51.838)
I I'm just saying, like, it's, I'm like, I could go back for like decades on this stuff, like for real, but, seriously, when it comes to this actual track, I like the sound, I like the flow, that was definitely, know, bagpipes in the background, which you never thought bagpipes would be played that fast into actual rhythm, but you've never heard that before, and the fact that they did it, was like, yeah, this shit rocks.
Taj Williams (07:54.143)
You
DW (08:22.23)
And then on top of that, like the whole storytelling and the lyrics and it took me back to an age of metal that I actually loved. It just threw a little twist or kink in it. And I really have no issues with it. And thank you all for introducing it to me. And yeah, I like it.
Taj Williams (08:45.933)
Yeah, I know I kind of jumped in there early, but yeah, I do like it, like the whole concept of it. it's like going to war with bagpipes. Yeah, this is total modern Braveheart charge into the battle. Yeah.
DW (09:02.11)
Yes, this is definitely that Viking shit. This is all day, every day. Like if I was actually playing like God of War, the newest versions of it, and this would be the music that went in the background while I'm whooping somebody's ass. Like just going against the storm, you know, going against any of the Nordic tribes. I would literally be playing this shit in the background.
Damon (09:03.317)
It's pretty hard.
Taj Williams (09:06.679)
Yeah.
Taj Williams (09:18.04)
yeah.
yeah.
DW (09:29.47)
as I'm riding on the boat getting ready to get off and set foot on land and take over the land. So I'm all about this shit. Vikings, Bahá'u'lláh, like this is right up my alley in that aspect. Yeah, if I'm going to war and I'm swinging a sword at a fucking axe, this is a song I'm playing in the foreground when I'm running around in my keltz. I'm just saying.
Taj Williams (09:37.704)
Yeah.
Taj Williams (09:50.765)
What is it is interesting is on the lyrics on this time though is he talking about how we're in the way back But we're cheering everybody on like alright that makes sense. It's like I'm gonna amp you up So you won't fuck shit up though
DW (10:01.873)
Yep.
Damon (10:06.902)
Dude, it's outlawed tunes and outlawed pipes, bitch.
DW (10:10.226)
That is a fucking anthem by everybody.
Taj Williams (10:10.439)
All right.
Damon (10:13.174)
fucking kill you! Yeah, these guys are like fucking fiery kilts ready to cut heads off and shit, but,
DW (10:21.694)
And I'm gonna take this shit and I'm gonna bang it in my car just to see if somebody looks at me. Just cuz
Taj Williams (10:22.178)
Right?
Taj Williams (10:25.983)
Yeah.
Damon (10:27.062)
fuck yeah. You got a bad day? Yeah, you got a bad day at work or something? Celtic Metal will fix that shit. If you're looking for the album, which I'm sure everybody is, The Highland Way, released in 2010. This is... Yeah. The band is Skilltron, and that was Bagpipes of War.
DW (10:34.301)
Yes.
Taj Williams (10:38.763)
You
DW (10:44.296)
See, highlander, boom.
Taj Williams (10:47.113)
Right.
DW (10:48.542)
it.
Damon (10:56.264)
So, who wants to fucking jump in with their Celtic pick and blow some minds? I'll let either one of you go. I'm not picking.
DW (11:06.78)
Fine, I'll go. I'll let times come up in the room. Pause. Don't come in my way of touching what you said.
Taj Williams (11:07.447)
Okay.
Damon (11:16.017)
What?
DW (11:18.01)
No, no, no, no diddy just around here buddy. Yeah, so I picked a band that One I thought was their background and the story and everything's kind of interesting. they actually proceed the time frame of celtic metal
Really and truly they got together or started getting together between the bass player and the guitarist. They actually got together around 1987 and they actually You know formed a band with one of the other guys brothers and they were doing like a primitive mix of thrash and in death metal And the sound really didn't come together until they got their lead singer and a couple of other people in the band in order to make up the actual
piece of it. So, but their story kind of, we'll go into it in a little bit, but the band that I chose was Primordial and the song that I chose was Empire Falls.
DW (12:50.174)
So, there's a bunch of members in this band. Literally, if you were to take Metallica, throw them in Dublin, and have them develop their sound, this is what they would be. It was funny that you brought that up earlier, Damon, because they are like the Metallica of Celtic metal. They lasted the stand of time. They switched out a couple of members for the most part.
They've been rocking like crazy. And this came off with their 2007 album. That was to the nameless dead. So this was like one of their biggest hits that came out, period. And for them, they don't hit the charts. Like this is not a chart topping group. This is not anybody that you're going to see at the Grammys or anything of that nature. But the respect that they have around
their area Dublin like they are they are cream of the crop when it comes to their sound and what they bring to the table whenever they actually have a concert they bring out masses so they actually have a cult following and it's like crazy to think that you know a band that us as Americans or whatever never heard of initially but if you go over to their native area they are as big as any other band that's out here in the world so
I picked this particular song just because it was one that kind of stuck out with me when I was listening through their catalogs. And I was like, okay, this is something that's hardcore. This hits to the spot. It's still got the swing in it. That's in a couple of the other songs in traditional style, but it's reformed and it's literally something that I thought was cool as fuck. So I wanted to make sure it was on the podcast. Tell me what y'all think about Primordial.
Taj Williams (14:49.138)
So I was kind of surprised on it. It seemed more like heavy metal than Celtic metal. But the elements were there, especially once I saw the album cover. It kind of had the Celtic symbol on the front. And you're like, OK. And then once I saw a video of them live, you're like, OK, now I see what they're going for. And it's interesting because the Celtic part is really muted down. But it makes sense when you say
DW (15:03.506)
Mm-hmm.
Taj Williams (15:18.219)
that they're kind of like the early for runners of that because they didn't want to be as obvious because they were like, you know, we got to be more metal than than Celtic. Whereas later bands just like totally like dialed that percentage differently. So.
DW (15:33.352)
But you know, it's crazy though, with that being said, if you go back and listen to like their first songs, their first album, like it's Celtic all damn day. Like it's all the way in the mix. it's a total like mindfuck of mixtures and sounds and kind of a little bit of tool, a little bit of Metallica, but not as refined, right? So over the years, they actually developed their sound and came out more, not, I wouldn't say mainstream, but.
Taj Williams (15:40.733)
it is
Taj Williams (15:53.577)
OK, gotcha. That makes sense.
DW (16:02.01)
more of a all-around ear that will allow you to listen to and this is one of their biggest hits based off of that. So again it's more muted tone but yeah it's in there but it's not as prevalent as the other songs that were picked.
Taj Williams (16:09.409)
Yeah. Now, why?
Taj Williams (16:18.155)
Yeah. And I saw a couple of like screenshots and then I watched one of their live videos and like that their motif is like on point. Like they have cows with like sleeveless shirts. The main singer like has like white powdered face like he makes himself look half dead and he's walking around with a hangman's noose around his neck like a like a tie. And then like he's just crazy. And then like the bass guitarist is like
long beard with the cowl and you're like, but he's just rocking out and you're like, OK, I get where you're getting that the druid Celtic feel because they for sure dress in that motif. So unlike unlike Daemons, Daemons was all like shirtless guys with the shoulder tats like they were just shoulder with it like shirtless kilts, right? These are different type of Celtic metal band like these guys are like.
DW (16:58.746)
Yes.
DW (17:13.017)
Yeah.
Taj Williams (17:16.375)
druids, know, but looking at that. Exactly.
Damon (17:16.482)
Yeah, I picked like the Braveheart fuckin' peasants. Can I have some bread please and porridge?
DW (17:22.876)
And I picked the warlocks and the sorcerers. picked them. The shamans of the tribe that'll come through and bless everybody or kill the babies that don't look like they'll be strong enough to make it through the winter. yeah.
Damon (17:30.71)
Yeah.
Taj Williams (17:31.704)
Yeah.
Damon (17:45.666)
Yeah, I think your band might kick my band's ass.
Taj Williams (17:48.213)
you
DW (17:48.414)
I don't know man. Yes, you spells and shit. Your band will just run up with that and come at me and shit. We'll see we got figure out what the hell Tasha's bands gonna do. They're Yeah, they're just throwing axes at us fuck it
Taj Williams (17:53.687)
Yeah.
Taj Williams (18:00.333)
That's for sure.
DW (18:08.607)
speaking of the tides.
Taj Williams (18:12.141)
All right. You want me to cover mine? All right. So I picked a... So I listened to a bunch of different stuff and there's some other stuff I'm going to mention later on, but I want to go with the actual band I picked. So the actual band I picked is Fenra and then the song is Morgana's Fury.
DW (18:15.527)
Yes, sir.
Taj Williams (18:57.087)
So that was Morgana's Fury by Fenro. So Fenro, first of all, is Norse for wolf. So it's a very wolf motif as a band. Morgana is, so this is the Irish god, which could be a triplet god where it could be like three sister witches, but it's the god of war, but it's Irish. Reason why this is important is because you'll get into something that I
DW (19:22.142)
you
Taj Williams (19:26.301)
mistakenly thought myself. it's the God of War. If you listen to the song, like her friends are pretty much all dead and she's last warrior alive and she prays to win. And then the God comes to her and she like annihilates everybody. But like she's left there on a bloody battlefield with everybody dead, friends included. And you're like, OK. So God of War did come and help, but didn't save any of her friends.
because her friends are already dead before she would send a prayer out. So it's like, okay, it's a crazy song. but I mistakenly thought that Morgana, this Morgana was a subset of Morgana la Faye from Arthurian legend. That's a big misconception in popular literature. So this Morgana is Irish and a god. The other Morgana is Welsh.
DW (20:15.558)
Hmm.
Taj Williams (20:25.471)
and is more tied into Arthurian legend. She's kind of you know, either Arthur's half-sister or she's also kind of very promiscuous. Like she's slept with Merlin and other knights and like she's like sometimes made to be the bad guy. Yeah, no, she is like she's but she's totally straight up like as powerful as Merlin. But like they keep trying to tie these two together and it's like, no, they're two different things.
Like this Morgana in Ireland has nothing to do with the Welsh one.
DW (21:02.408)
you
Damon (21:03.882)
All I know is that it's like an album cover or something. It looks like a beast woman, half naked beast woman on the top of a fucking mountain with a sword stuck in a rock. It's the kind of. Nice.
Taj Williams (21:13.173)
Yeah, no, for sure. And so that goes back to their Fenra because Fenra is wolf. it's a famous Norse wolf. But yeah, she's like Wolfbane. She's like Wolfbane from X-Men. yeah.
Damon (21:22.998)
Like a werewolf. She's like a werewolf, right? Werewolf goddess.
DW (21:24.606)
So they don't have like
DW (21:29.564)
Gotcha, okay, I'm about to say they don't have like Valkyries or anything in this particular group or no
Damon (21:30.7)
Shit.
Taj Williams (21:35.213)
No, so but yeah
DW (21:40.691)
Hmm.
Damon (21:41.058)
Like they're trying to make her look sexy, it's like, I don't know if I can get it. Like a beast, beast, fox, wolf woman on the top of a mountain. Maybe.
Taj Williams (21:50.711)
So yeah, and it is, and I will admit that it is, so I should cover this because I had it real quick. So this is actually their second album. It came out in 2012. So it's a five-person band. And so they have a violin, bass, drums, guitars. but yeah, they've only really done two albums and then EP. So, and this was off of their...
DW (22:06.621)
you
DW (22:17.758)
Mm.
Taj Williams (22:19.506)
second album. So they started in 2006 and this song came out in 2012.
Damon (22:27.138)
What would the concert be like? It'd be like a bunch of people wearing like fucking wolf skin coats and shit.
Taj Williams (22:33.882)
I'm probably at the same concert as the other two bands, be honest. Yeah. Yeah. Now, I didn't realize is the country of origin is France. for this band. So they came up. Yeah, they came out France and they're singing Celtic metal music. But yeah.
Damon (22:37.558)
Yeah, everybody's drinking mead out of a cowhide cup or some shit.
Damon (22:49.728)
The French are badass,
DW (22:58.302)
That ain't a slap in the face.
Damon (22:58.55)
They really just want to be different.
They just want to be different.
Taj Williams (23:05.515)
Yeah. So, well, so I didn't mention that I, I kind of went down the rabbit hole when we, when you announced this and there was one band that came up that I, that I was, I threatened my co-hosts, you know, that if they pick this band that I would ridicule them endlessly, but they thought that we should still play this band.
Damon (23:18.612)
Yeah.
Taj Williams (23:32.509)
on the podcast, so I'm not sure why, but they asked me to do a sample. The band's name is Eden Bridge, and the song is Live and Let Go.
Damon (23:33.506)
you
Taj Williams (23:58.452)
Now, this is the most 90th shit possible. OK. Yes, it has Celtic. Yes, it is metal ish. Like this is like Evanescence, like a step down. And my thing is like her vocals are so smooth and soft sitting on top of the music. You're like, no, I want Celtic metal. I want a dwarf with a hammer. You know.
DW (24:11.602)
Mm-hmm.
Taj Williams (24:23.639)
Forging away in the mines like I want some grime and dirt. Yeah, and this is like what the hell is this shit?
Like you can still hear her. Like what, why is she like she's not even singing with the music.
Damon (24:43.154)
Sure, it's not evidence. Is it? Okay.
Taj Williams (24:45.003)
Yeah.
DW (24:45.874)
Nah, it's not urban essence. That I can assure you, it's not urban essence. But I will say this. Nah, it's not a death. Good choice, bro.
Damon (24:49.698)
It's not like a... It's not a Dell or something? Alright.
Taj Williams (24:52.672)
Right.
Yeah, yeah, but see, Evanescent, she does more operatic, right? She's doing more opera than this. This is like Poppy.
Damon (25:04.598)
This is a true opera. This is like a true rock opera. Like that could be opera. And I think so, like to to that point, I think I've seen I saw the band Ghost talked about it on the podcast before, but they're kind of like a rock opera brand. They're not from the States. Like I think a lot of like different genres of music that aren't from America have these weird elements that we're just not used to.
Taj Williams (25:18.178)
yeah.
Damon (25:31.946)
And might have been like that might have been so what's when when did that song come out?
Taj Williams (25:37.695)
that one? that's a good one. Let me see when I think I have when that came up. That one.
Damon (25:43.082)
because it's probably the 2000s, but it does sound kind of 90s.
Taj Williams (25:46.989)
2019. Yeah. You're like, and you're like.
Damon (25:49.684)
yeah, it's like a newer one. So yes. You're like, what? Well, it's not like you're going to hear that little affair. It's not that old. If that was that little affair, I think.
Taj Williams (25:55.395)
Yeah. It's like, no.
DW (26:00.89)
Yeah, this reminds me of the intro to a bad anime
Damon (26:08.0)
Yeah.
Taj Williams (26:08.393)
yes, exactly. Yeah. And not even an anime with good fan service, like just a bad anime in general.
DW (26:08.958)
No.
Damon (26:12.662)
like there's about the fights about to go down.
DW (26:16.806)
Cheers.
DW (26:21.47)
Yeah, it's bad animes. It reminds me of something they'll play for like a Sailor Moon movie. not to knock off Sailor Moon, know, Sailor Moon is definitely a move forward in this, but yeah, this one was kind of, it was interesting. That I will say it was interesting. well, I probably bang it again. Nah, I'm going to go on the low side.
Taj Williams (26:29.069)
You
Taj Williams (26:37.975)
Great.
DW (26:51.634)
But I'm going to introduce it to us.
Taj Williams (26:52.055)
too.
Taj Williams (26:55.852)
Right, so.
Damon (26:55.947)
come on, wouldn't want to bane to this?
Taj Williams (26:58.72)
You
DW (27:00.72)
No, it kind of makes me feel like I should be like crying or something. Like it's got like soft emotions to it that I'm not supposed to be there. Like Taz mentioned it perfectly. Like her vocal literally overplayed the track. So when you're listening to the instrumentals, they're almost drowned out because they have to lift her voice up so, so loud.
Damon (27:01.066)
I mean, head-bang.
DW (27:28.158)
in order for it to be on top of the track and for whatever reason, left, right, or otherwise, it just sounds kind of... I'm not going say lame. I'm not going to say it sounds lame. I'm just going say it sounds predictable.
Taj Williams (27:46.455)
What like and I think like I mentioned this previous before we recorded, it's like I think they were trying to go for like Angel or Fairy above the fray, right? She's trying to be like an angel or fairy with a smooth voice above the fray of the metal music. But it's like. Yeah, but like they're not touching, like you're not seeing an interaction between the two. Like like what type of I don't know, like it doesn't work. That's what I'm saying, like.
DW (27:58.312)
you
Taj Williams (28:15.775)
If you're going to do metal, you got to be down in the dirt and the grind, the muck and blood, you know, or with the coal steel. Like you can't be.
DW (28:21.733)
Uh-uh.
Damon (28:21.826)
Yeah, what is this? I mean, outside of the movie Braveheart, what would this concert look like? It would be a bunch of people in like fur coats and cigarettes and they're just fucking looking at the sky and just kind of. Dancing, dangle dancing around. They're living and they're letting go, so. Yeah.
Taj Williams (28:37.422)
Right.
All right, so I have one more sample for your listens, if that's OK. Now, the reason why I picked this one is I really like this one, like a bunch, but I didn't pick it for my main pick because I thought I was too far out there. imagine Celtic music with Spanish traditional music with metal and somehow the Celtic and Spanish traditional, like it switches between the two, but it's so seamless, like it's
like it makes sense and so the song I picked is Fiesta. Sorry, Fiesta.
Damon (29:27.616)
Ghana.
Taj Williams (29:36.577)
Yeah, I should mention sung in Spanish, too. So, yeah. But there's times where it's like sounds Celtic, times that sound like Spanish folk music or traditional music with the metal. And you're like, yeah, I liked it. But I felt it was like way too left field for it.
Damon (29:55.212)
feel like I'm at a Renaissance fair with a taco truck. That's where this brings me, dude.
Taj Williams (29:58.413)
X. Yeah.
DW (30:01.534)
Anyway.
Damon (30:03.606)
I love tacos. not big fan of renfairs, but you know, sometimes they're good.
Taj Williams (30:08.906)
Yeah, and the band name is Mega De Oz.
Damon (30:19.756)
feel like this is like a fucking dance-off between pirates and vikings.
Taj Williams (30:24.395)
What that was the weird thing like there was some Celtic music that turned into Pirates of the Caribbean's like I don't know why, but there is a sleepless transition that goes almost from that to like see santa's.
Damon (30:30.432)
Yeah.
Damon (30:41.292)
You're taking the folklore of all these like Celtic, the Celtic stories, and then they put it into their music and they really get into the dressing up and all that. And like everybody wants a piece of this shit now. Like, God damn everybody. So, I could see some group of fucking Celtic metalheads just beat the shit out of a pinata to that for sure.
Taj Williams (30:57.677)
Great.
Taj Williams (31:06.454)
You
DW (31:07.162)
Wow. I'm not even mad at that. can't beat that. that. man. Yeah, that hits. That's crazy.
Taj Williams (31:11.115)
you
Damon (31:11.168)
Waiting for some liquor to fly out of that bitch.
Taj Williams (31:18.655)
Right?
Taj Williams (31:25.13)
But that's all I had for you, my Celtic.
Damon (31:28.502)
Well, think that about does it for this trip to Ireland and the weird dark side of Ireland.
Taj Williams (31:34.625)
to Ireland.
it north of Hatred and To All.
Damon (31:42.164)
Exactly. What Taj said.
DW (31:43.762)
Yeah, what he said.
Taj Williams (31:49.879)
So yeah.
Damon (31:49.9)
Well, next time we're probably going to come back to Earth a little bit for an excerpt. So I'm not sure what it's going to be yet, but anybody else have anything they want to throw in about the Celtic metal genre?
DW (32:04.23)
It's very interesting I'll say that I like the fact when you have multiple genres coming out of one stem Like this all came from rock which you know rock came from other places, but you know this just literally shows you That anything could be anything whether it be on one side of the world or the other
As long as the music is good, we're going to be listening to it and we're putting it on the playlist. So go download it.
Taj Williams (32:34.817)
Right. All right. Exactly.
Damon (32:38.464)
I'm going to rock out the Celtic medal at least once or twice. Maybe in the car. Yeah.
Taj Williams (32:44.941)

Taj Williams (33:17.383)
